  I need some help to identify what product I have or what part I might need.

Here are a few things to note:

1. What is the model or series number of the product?
   • Most all products have series or model on it. Spring tube products have label on cylinder.
   • For automatic operators, check out LCN's automatic operator catalog for specific accessories and parts.
2. What is the date of manufacture?
   • For mechanical products, the month and year is stamped. Check near the packing nut at the base of pinion where arm attaches. See LCN's general information catalog.
   • For automatic operators, the label has date of manufacture.
3. How is the door closer or operator mounted?
   • Hinge Mount (Pull Side)
   • Top Jam Mount (Push Side)
   • Parallel Arm Mount (Push Side)
   • Concealed Mount (in door or frame)
4. Detailed description: In addition to the above, the more detail you can provide in the description such as type of environment - commercial, institutional or another; interior or exterior door; handing of opening; and arm system used, the more quickly our team can assist you.
